Introduction

All EasyPDF™ forms including paid, Free-to-use, and Free—Trial Forms, and accompanying documentation aka the 'Software Product' are licensed and not not sold. The 'Software Product' is protected by copyright laws and treaties, as well as laws and treaties related to other forms of intellectual property. EasyPDF™ Forms, aka the 'Software Provider', owns all intellectual property rights in the 'Software Product'. An 'End User' denotes an individual or business entity who has carefully read and accepted this License Agreement, aka the 'Agreement', in its entirety to become eligible to download, and install a Paid/Full, Free/Full or Trial license version of the 'Software Product' to use subject to the intellectual property rights of the 'Software Provider' as well as the terms and conditions of this 'Agreement'. The 'End User' Accepts and Agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this 'AGREEMENT' to download the 'Software Product'. If you, the 'End User', do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of this 'Agreement', Do Not Download, Install, Use, or Copy the 'Software Product'.

LICENSE GRANT
Paid/Full License: Upon purchase and subject to payment of the applicable license fee: Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one (1) copy of an EasyPDF™ form for personal/business use.
Free/Full License: Upon downloading a Free-License copy of an EasyPDF™ form provided on our website, Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one (1) copy of an EasyPDF™ form for personal/business use.
Limited Free Trial License: Licensor may offer a time-limited or feature-limited free trial version of the Software for evaluation purposes. The Trial License is granted for a period of 10-days unless stated otherwise, and may include limited functionality.

LICENSE SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
This license does not grant You ownership of the Software. You may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as expressly permitted by law. You may NOT lease, rent, sublicense, lend, or transfer the Software to any third party. You may make one backup copy for archival purposes, provided it includes all proprietary notices.

DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN LICENSE TYPES

Paid/Full License Users: a) Full access to all features, b) Minor updates and customer support provided for as long as you use the form (Note: Major updates subject to purchasing a license for the updated form. However, the perpetual license for the form you originally purchased/own is yours to keep/use forever , c) Use allowed for commercial or internal business use.
Free/Full License Users: a) Full access to all features, b) Updates and support provided during the license term, c) Use allowed for commercial or internal business use.
Trial License Users: a) Use Limited to evaluation purposes only, b) Feature limitations may apply, i.e., watermarks, one or more form fields/line items disabled, c) Trial normally expires in 10-days, d) Continued use requires purchase, e) No guaranteed support/updates during the trial.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software are owned by Licensor. The Software is protected by copyright and international laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are securely processed through GoDaddy Poynt. We do not store or have access to complete card information.
Payment Requirements: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders are not delivered until the payment has been successfully processed and verified by GoDaddy Poynt.
Authorization & Fraud Screening: To protect our customers and our business, transactions may be automatically screened for fraud. If an order is flagged for manual review or verification, delivery may be delayed. If the payment cannot be verified, the transaction may be canceled.
Declined or Failed Transactions: If a payment is declined or otherwise fails, the order will not be completed. You may attempt to repurchase using an alternative payment method.
Refunds & Disputes: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the digital form/product has been delivered or accessed. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback so we can assist promptly.

DIGITAL MEDIA FORMS DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Method: All Products are delivered electronically. Depending on the type of Product, delivery may occur through: An email containing a digital PDF form file attachment or download link sent the day of/after checkout.
Delivery Timeframe: Most digital orders are normally delivered the day of purchase (Note: Anticipate the day after if purchase falls on a holiday. However, delivery can take up to 24 hours in situations involving: Fraud prevention checks, High server or email traffic, Incorrect/invalid customer information, etc. If you haven't received your Product after 24 hours, please contact us.
Email Responsibility: You are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible email address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by: Typos or misspelled email addresses, Full inboxes, Email filtering (spam/junk folders), Security settings that block automated messages.
Access to Digital Files: Products may be provided as PDF files, templates, documents, or other digital formats. You are responsible for downloading and storing your Product after delivery. We do not guarantee permanent access to download links. If you accidentally delete/remove a digital EasyPDF™ form for which you purchased a paid/perpetual license and require a replacement, simply complete our contact form provided on our website with your name and order number to request a replacement form provided in an email file attachment or download link.
Non-Refundable Delivery: Because digital Products cannot be “returned,” all digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if You fail at any time to comply with its terms and conditions. Upon termination, You must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use or inability to use the Software.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Illinois without regard to conflict or choice of law provisions.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement denotes the complete and exclusive agreement between You, the End User as defined earlier in the 'Introduction' to this Agreement, and Licensor with respect to the Software, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
